Hey everyone.
I've been watching the WCOOP Main Event Final Table yesterday and there were plenty of strange things happening. It wasn't a final you would expect. There was a fun player asking for deals from the start of the final table (He was shortstack) to chop it for $600K which got - obviously - declined. Players didn't even answer him. While Coenaldinho7 (the fun player begging for a deal) kept asking for a deal ''every minute'', he outlasted player after player. Finaly, after the tournament reached 4 players they made a deal which gets me to the next strange, but funny point in the tournament. I've never seen deal making go this way. People were giving away money without even being asked! One player took advantage from this (The chipleader and Micro Million Main Even champion who asked for all the money that was given away by the players).

I think even the host, Barry Greenstein was perplexed by what was going on. While he felt bad for beertje, he tried to get him more money. The host, Barry, was also choosing a side - rooting for beertje in the chat. I think this should have never happend. His job is to host, and to show them the numbers for a deal, he should not discuss and try to help others with a deal.

Right after the deal Couthinho7 said in the chat:
''I'm going to wake up my girlfriend, she hates poker. That is about to change''. The deal made him a millionair.

Here is a small piece from the deal making:

Big congratulations to Coutinho7! It was a entertaining final table. It just surprised me how unproffesional things went.

If you want to rewatch the final table with cards up, Jaime Staples will stream it all soon on twitch!

That deal chat was hilarious. First experience with watching online poker and I found it very entertaining.

Nice post. I've never given up money that fast, let alone $50k. I could enter a lot of life changing tourneys with that money. Could go on a rip at the next wsop!
