Sheldon Adelson

I'm not familiar with the online poker Report, but I thought this article rebutting Sheldon Adelson's latest op-ed on online poker was brilliant.

In case you don't know, Sheldon Adelson is the CEO of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation (= has a lot invested in the brick and mortar casino industry) and an extremely wealthy man. He recently told Forbes that he will do whatever he can to stop online poker in the US.

Down with Sheldon Adelson! He is going to miss out on the 2nd poker boom as regulation extends with interstate compacts in years to come. He is an 80 year old ignorant man.

I agree. He just wants the money to go to actual casinos. So people can spend money on other stuff like food , drinks , hotel rooms, and ect. Making him a richer grumpy old man.

His Project of a Eurovegas is refused by the spanish Representatives.
He wanted the laws for smoking to be changed and garantees for his investment , so that all the risk of losing money would be on the spanish side.
