I agree. Between bitcoin poker sites
popping up and networks like Merge and Revolution willing to take legal risks, I don't really care much about "legal" poker.
It's most likely just gonna be available to their big-shot corporate buddies. Licensing will be hugely expensive or just outright denied to smaller sites, and the product probably won't be that good.
If nothing else, the sites running underground force their hand at offering a better product (i.e. cheaper rake), or no one will really play on the legal/regulated sites. So I prefer to support those sites rather than worry about which pieces of paper stooges in Washington are passing around.
