I think PPA and other poker interest need to lobby on a federal level. I appreciate the effort (and results) in places like NJ, NV, etc. But even if my state (OH) legalized online poker, I fear the pool of players would be large enough to make it worthwhile. I mean what fun is a $30 + $3/$100 GTD tourney?

a clear violation of the bill of rights 10th amendment.


the Bill of Rights amendments add to the Constitution specific guarantees of personal freedoms and rights, clear limitations on the government's power in judicial and other proceedings, and explicit declarations that all powers not specifically delegated to Congress by the Constitution are reserved for the states or the people.
