Cool! since pokerstars.es is open for almost all european countries its look like next great strategic move for attracting investment and a lot of new players from different Stars reservations into one place. its a pity that pokerstars.com dont want to be a such place

Still a couple of restrictions for Portuguese players look forward to the day when everybody worldwide can play without restrictions or interference pipe dream I know.

This shows how poker is gaining more and more space in the world, has long been frowned upon, today has been proven to be a Mind sport.

i don't see poker becoming an olympic modality , but happy to hear the news about players being able to play , hopefully one day there would be no restrictions and we all can enjoy the game we love

Good news for online poker in Portugal! I do not like when people are prohibited by 'democratic governments' to do what they most love. Governments are so stupid the most time.

I'm hoping the US legalizes poker soon. The catch is always the Govt figuring out how they are going to weasel their "cut". They pretend it is to "protect" us, but that's total b.s.

If they want to protect us, they should legalize online poker and regulate it.

I used to love Pokerstars because we could play with players from all over the world. The US has taken incredible strides to limit freedom, ignoring International Law much of the time.

I am hoping they continue to head in the right direction in 2019.
