PokerStars Declined Purchase of Rio Casino and WSOP

The current holder of Series world series of poker, Caesars Entertainment, has offered for sale to pokerstars whose object was the most famous poker event in the world and the Rio Casino in Las Vegas. PokerStars refused this offer, arguing that they did not plan to buy a new casino in the near future, given that they are already in talks to take over Atlantic Club casino in New Jersey.

Well even buying wsop and Rio they still woundn't be allowed to run an online room in Nevada for 5-10 years or something. Also the the deal for the Atlantic Club went bust and PS lost $15 mil in the process.
