To me, it seems like this is a monthly endeavour with partypoker. So, we will likely get another update next month, too!

I’m surprised there are that many. I wonder how much these bots are winning and if players get refunded. I see the amount seized in the story but don’t see other information.

I like the fact that Partypoker got rid of the HUD programs. Partypoker seems to be setting up in the right direction. I think a player should be able to get hand histories for the hands they played. I think it will help catch cheaters in the game though. As far as bots go glad that they are cracking down on them. I hope they get more of them.

The TOS obviously has to be enforced and violators kicked out. Given the amounts quoted in the article, which is around 1.000$ per account, it seem, that most of these cheaters have been operating in micro stakes.

Even if it is the tip of the iceberg.....it is still progress.

The sites will get better at identifying the bots.

Eventually they will identify more of the bots faster.

That's awesome news . Scammers that create and use bots will soon understand this job is not profitable and they will quit . Victims take their money back , that's great :)

Current robots have long learned to say that they are not robots. PartyPoker really needs to try to patch holes in the application. If successful, some bonuses may return:stickyman

PartyPoker deserves respect in its policy. This room listens to the opinions of the players. HUD, bots are a negative for the game. Now PartyPoker has a strict account verification policy. Anyone who thinks they can cheat in real life will be punished by law.:heeeellll:confused:
