So there are gonna be 3 different online sites that one state can play on. That will really subdivide the amount of players on each site

The gaming commission have only been issuing licenses for a little over a month and they have issued 37 to date. Its my understanding that none of the major casinos are going to miss out on the opportunity to massively increase their poker rake. Keep in mind "The Poker Room" in most casinos are one of their least profitable games.

What Im looking into is how to legally skirt the rules by providing servers for those out of state to utilize to access their Casino Player/Poker accounts, or POBoxes as a "vacation home" address. Lets see how the individual sites lay out their rules.

:D

Great news and how ironic--first to go and first to get back in. :)

only nevada will have online poker for now. all the other states will end up being constantly in hearing after hearing about how it will corrupt the youth and destroy families of america and most likely, the majority of the states will not allow online poker. i would be surprised if they actually did pass online poker in any state other than nevada.

As I understand it Delaware has already joined Nevada in making online Poker legal and Iowa is not far behind.

Even if is Intrastate, it would be nice if they had like power weekend games where certain games would be Interstate for bigger MTTS and such. I wishthey whole thing would go Interstate, and yes let the feds be in bed with this. I can see small sites opening, getting your money and instead of just stealing (aka Everleaf network) they just file chapter 11 and then money is inlimbo
