Why don't you join up with the group that is suing the DOJ? Link below to the CC article. It talks about it in the last paragraph. Let me know your thoughts on their lawsuit. Is it similar to what you were thinking about doing?

For a follow-up question, what type of impact will this reversal have on online poker in the USA? Will ACR get shut down, or will they come after the players and jail people. Should I withdraw all of my cash now?
I am looking to get involved, there are statutory rules that have to apply ans they are very complicated. This is a fight that I anticipate will go on for years, so no, I do not believe that ACR will be shut down nor do I expect the DOJ to start jailing people.
With legislation that has gone on in places like NJ, I expect this to come down to a States Rights v. Federal Rights fight. The Feds have to Wire Act and Interstate Commerce Clause to lean on, so it will be a big battle that will wind up in front of the most conservative Supreme Court in the last 100 years (or maybe ever)... This could be good or bad. Conservatives typically want more freedom and less government control but they also eschew vices. Not understanding that poker is a skill game and not simply
gambling would work against poker players. OTOH... if we had a liberal Supreme Court, it would be more likely to pass but be regulated to death. (For the record, I am a Libertarian, who believes in the least amount of government intervention necessary is best for society...but that's probably not a debate for this forum..lol)
Anyway, don't cash out now because even if internet poker gets shut down again, there will be a warning period or a no penalty period to withdraw.
