I completely agree with Dreyfus' and Somerville's reasons for why streamers shouldn't use HUDs. It completely would be intimidating for new players.
With that said, streamers are already giving up a lot of their edge. For one, they're usually single tabling when they could be playing 4, 8, 12, 20+ tables off stream. Additionally, they're giving away all their hands and all their strategies, and on only a 5-8 minute delay, that information really matters, both in the game at hand and in general for future games. Not to mention they're going through the trouble of talking out every single hand, possibly detracting them from the game too as they respond to comments and tweets.
The counterargument though that because the players are only single tabling that HUDs are not terribly helpful is a good one though. Alternatively, pokerstars or the streamers' respective sponsors could pay a little extra to have the players not use HUDs.
