What they'll ensure is that the players are Nevada residents and are playing from within Nevada, and that the owners are licensed in Nevada and that the servers and account information is located within Nevada.
it does seem like it is a small market with only 2,723,322 people living in Nevada. It is a good start though. I am sure I will have to move to play online anyways so Nevada gets better and better
Say what you will about Nevada being a small market. At least they dont hesitate to get things rolling. Im happy about it and am actively looking at transferring my job to the state if i can.
