Nevada has a tentative date for reopening of casinos

Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak finally released a tentative date for casinos in the Silver State to reopen. But don’t expect to find many places to play poker and be prepared for many properties to remain closed.

Will be interesting how this plays out for Nevada and around the country.

In CT the casino's are on sovereign land so they do not have to follow CT guidelines. Consequently they decided to open on June 1, the same date CT is allowing other Malls to open but not casinos.

If you watch the video in this article they show what they are doing and explain they are only opening at 25% capacity vs 50% capacity the malls plan to open at.

Since the poker rooms will remained closed at this point I have no care one way or the other what they do, just hoping it goes well so the rest of the casino particularly the poker rooms can re-open safely.

Thanks for that. I will be interested to see how things are working out over the next 2-3 weeks (in CT) - that may be a bit of a sign of what may lay ahead. (fingers crossed for those who attend)

california indian casinos

are now open as well . as I understand it some of the poker rooms now have 8 handed tables without barriers , but everyone is wearing masks . I haven't been to one,( and am not ready yet ) , so my info is 2nd hand .

Only time will tell how well the re-opening of casinos goes. If it doesn't go well, everything will likely be back to square one.
