I'm starting to support the Wire Act, we have to think of the Convenience Stores, and the Under age gambling problem.

It's too bad they feel the need to take such a broad view. There are legitimate reasons to oppose online lottery sales, some I can even get behind. Most convenience stores depend on lottery sales for their survival, and cutting into their business by squeezing them out of the equation is -EV for states, IMO. But that argument can be made without taking the broader stance opposing all online gaming.
