On lowering the buy-in of the spin seems to me a very successful measure I think that players who like this type of game will be more profitable.
and a war with the regular STTs of three large online poker rooms only benefits the players, I as a PS user I hope that they continue to increase the improvements in the STT since it is where I spend more time and money

As soon as I saw this headline I knew that the rake would be going up. Pokerstars has become incredibly predictable. Assume the profit-maximizing decision and you will guess PS next action. The previous owners understood that loyalty and player retention is what made PS #1.

I like the new Party S&G leaderboard. Stars is making some reasonable changes too, but I agree with rj_montana that the rake increase is disappointing. At a 25bb starting stack and fast levels, any rake increase risks making these games almost impossible to beat. With most other sites like Party and WPN offering their versions of jackpot games, I think Stars may have a tougher time getting these changes accepted.

The rake increases doesn't really affect me as it is affects buyins higher than I play. The rake on these are still less than the 8% paid on the $2 and below ones
A very welcome change is the level length depending on multiplier gives you a little more play if you hit a good multiplier.
The Stars Spin n Go's have about 5 times the traffic as PP and about 20 times that of WPN so I don't think there will be any significant backlash for the increase in rake.

Pokerstars getting worse day by day. No wonder they loose a lot of traffic to other sites.

Hi,good news for medium buy in players.Fortunately , the Spin&Go´s I play ,that is, the cheapest ones have the buy in as usual. But,party poker is giving its Spin players the better promotions.

I agree with you montana. Their money hunger comes first. They think only of their profit, not the reward of loyal players who have been customers of the room for many years. :frown::(

I am so sad to see there are less and less deep stack poker games and that new trend is the gambling style of poker. We need more tournaments, where you can show skill and not more gambling ones. I think that kind of play destroyed game skills and everything that means to be a good poker player. Also, online games have too many hands like nuts full against poker (happened to me yesterday) and that kind of hands to improve rake, I think they are destroying game too. I don't know, maybe I am just not smart enough.

Innovations seem like a great opportunity. As soon as I get fit, I will come back to the site, but by the time Full Tilt is over. :)
