Wow, what he is trying to proof, its not possible to play like he did without cheating. Every poker expert can play there isnt something clear with him. You can't just become poker god and have that incredible running god streak with right plays etc..

This is just a standard move that any competent attorney would do.

Stones also filed a similar motion.

It's up to the judge to dismiss on lack of evidence.

But usually a judge will allow the case to proceed so he/she can hear the evidence.

Time will tell.

I would like this to go in a court of law . Ofcourse judges don;'t have the appropriate knowledge for poker games and odds , so as to judge correctly whether he was cheating or not , imo . But there is no other way , this is the only way for the poeple who had losses to get their money back . He tries to avoid this , absolutely logically expected
