Hi all,

It's been a long time since I've posted here in the forums.... miss y'all :)

For those unaware, Newsweek published a cover story yesterday...

I felt it important to "respond". Please have a look at my latest blog post titled: Boom or Bust: How to Fix Poker's Broken Image

Humbly, I think it's a very important read.

Would be happy to get your feedback - all the best!

It is about money not image. Let's get real

Image was an issue but the lawmakers here in California are past it and are looking at revenue now. They will allow pokerstars back into the state next year and online poker will see a boom like never before, not just here but across the entire country with California leading the way. Our market is King.

It's obvious that Newsweek writer had an agenda in their writing, simply because they didn't consider all sides of the story. Puff pieces like this is what's wrong with print media, who very often is owned and controlled by corporate interests who have stakes in other businesses that compete with online poker.

That story is already being ridiculed for what it is, codswallop. Opine directly to Newsweek. If you subscribe, cancel and let them know why.

The story is about 10 down their feed at Facebook (Newsweek). Go let them know how you feel...
