Gus Hansen poses interesting Lederer question in tweet

Gus seems a little dense here

while Lederer certainly is not the only one, but even Gus can realize at the very least there was negligence on Howard's part

Wonder what Howard (spit) payed him for the tweet?

I thought Negreanu was just being more outspoken about how a lot of people felt. I've heard more complaints after Full Tilt folded from "regular" poker players before I heard Negreanu started making videos about it. I didn't know Mercier was saying stuff, too.. but they aren't the only ones talking about Lederer.

And of course videos like this one don't help, showing the hypocrisy of the situation

As someone who's missing enough $ from FTP that it has affected the course of my life, and who knows other people in the same situation, I can assure Gus the reason we hate Howard is not because we're following the opinions of a couple B-list poker celebrities...

Didnt Howard represent himself as the CEO or COO or Chairman of the Board of FTP and pay himself tens of millions of illicitly gotten dollars?

At least he is beyond negligent by his own admission...he DIDNT EVEN FIRE RAY UPON FINDING OUT ABOUT A 9 DIGIT AMOUNT MISSING FROM THE COMPANY!!!

Myself it was the video he made here recently. My personal feeling he was lying thru his teeth and all that video was PR for him to return to the poker world. right becuase shortly afterwards he was playing High Stakes Poker In Vegas.

One upon a time in America if you got caught cheating you got shot. So I think Howard got out the easy!

I think it is fair question as I know folks who never had a FTP account or any other connection but are bad mouthing him just the same.

can we move on from the lederer issues. to me the govt. has closed its case and anything we say or do won't amount to ... beans.
when and if you can get your funds do so and move on, personally i wont play at ftp regardless who owns it.

Jeez dude, the title of the post should have given you enough information to stay clear of any talk about Lederer. Move along, ignore it, whatever, but don't drop into a thread to tell people you don't want them talking about it.

Now I understand Negreanu is a great poker personality, fun guy, likeable, etc., but it just hit me - he is also a major hater. Seems he's always got someone in the target of his sights to badmouth and say they should be strung up and horse whipped. There's more there than meets the eye.

It's not the exposing I question - it is the ill will and passionate malevolence with which he does it. It discredits him more than them - at least in my eyes.

Wathing the Lederer Files, on poker news, just made him more unlikeable.Dont know why he even did those interviews.He really is just a shady type of a guy,and i feel sorry for players that are still owed all of their money.
