My expectation since the start of the recent boom was that as countries start to open up more and start to reintroduce things back into lives, including the likes of returning to work, more entertainment options accessible again, and even brick-and-mortar casinos opening up again, this would spell the start of a decreased interest in online poker play.

Well you have to google "online poker" one time in order to see what is up and register in a or a bunch of rooms
I don't think much has changed in microstakes that I play, the numbers there are always high.

Game: NL Holdem
For a while I saw 200k players and more in the PokerStars lobby at peak times.
Now in Juni it is around 100k - 150k players - still a lot.
