I did read the article but it is kinda vague so a couple questions if anyone has read more into this

1. will all states be allowed to play

2. how will they enforce legal gambling for an example some states 18+ are allowed to play in others it is 21+

3. when will it be up and running edit: I did read November but this year?

if they can do it then nobody else would be in any danger of geting shut down. playing on site will be just like playing on any other site to the US, a risk and the only risk will be your money. Just move FTP to a reservation and bam back in the us market

hmmm wasn't expecting this news but it sounds good. More competition online will benefit the players just as it did before black friday.

I like the tribal pools which will be very large in the States. However, following some of the linkables in that article suggests it will not be this November. Sure hope I'm wrong.

i dont see it they can say it there little countries they are allowed to have online poker within the states, So if there little countries can provide US players gaming, then any contry can. It just doesnt hold any water, and you think the feds wont jump all over this. So the banks are just gonna process stuff from soverign nations as opposed the isle of man. It might happen but then why cant pokerstars just pop up on a soverign nation and say hey were serving america

Native American Tribes hold a very very unique status, by treaty, in the US. They are considered a Sovereign Nation in B&M gaming in many places in North America. And further explains why the Tribes can operate those casino's.

According to their FAQ (Help) they still aren’t taking US players.

Well maybe it will open up some more gaming options for us USA players and if the Vegas casinos get online, we can have even more options!

I downloaded GEObets software and it still isn't open to US players, although I assume it will be soon based on the information provided in the original link. On a separate note the software looks pretty cool and i will probably switch to playing there if and when it becomes available to US.
