It has been reported at several places that Ray Bitar has been granted bail and should be released to go home to California soon. He had to surrender his passport and post a hefty bail.

He will be monitored electronically and can only travel to New York.

"Bitar is required: (1) to post a $2.5 million personal recognizance bond, co-signed by five of his relatives and friends and secured by $2 million in cash and property; (2) to submit to in-home electronic monitoring at his home in Glendora, California; and (3) to surrender his passport and to refrain from traveling anywhere other than California and New York."

I figured he would be considered flight risk and denied bail, but it looks like they will have him locked down pretty well regardless.

Bet he does a runner,
and they have to send the fall guy after him,
but then he turns into a green monster and starts doing good things,
but because he is a monster his hand is really big and the glove doesn't fit.
And finally Petrocelli gets a jury full of Presbtyrians who think gambling is wrong and stealing from gamblers is good so he gets acquited and they live happily ever after. (Until it all turns out to be a dream and they start again from the middle of the story). Oops nearly forgot better add a few good looking babes (for the boys) and a romantic interest story (for the girls).
