After reading that article I have very mixed feelings...on the one hand if the federal government handles this and online gambling is approved all the people in the US would be legally able to enjoy it if they so desired...flip side if the feds take the decision from the individual states and ban it, nobody plays...at least if the matter is determined at the state level this might guarantee as high as 60 to 65 percent of americans the ability to gamble online...
