Idk, most players don't the time or the fat stacks to travel the world and play in every wsop event (Europe, Aussie). He's def. good, I will always give him that but player of the year has pretty much lost it's meaning because of this.

Which makes him a ringer.

There are currently talks within the WSOP to use only American soil points towards the POY. The reasoning is just that. Rich players have an edge. Making it unfair, and diluting it's value.

I watched X-Men Origins yesterday only to notice Daniel Negreanu play a couple of background scenes in it. I've seen the movie before but yesterday was the first time I noticed him. Cool!

Seems to be a down to earth kind of guy even tho he has tons of loot. I like watching him play. If a tournament is a true WSOP it should count... Maybe have a world award and one for the North America but then again, when does it end ?

One of the best readers around. Seems to have a sixth sense about when the opponent is ahead or behind.
