Daniel Negreanu vs Doug Polk - Who do you think will win?

Days ago it was confirmed that there will be a confrontation between Daniel Negreanu "Kidpoker" and Doug Polk "WCGRider".

If it's in a live setting I'd give a slight edge to Deng's online more towards polk but it's hard to know both are good so variance could end up deciding things and polk hasn't played in a while, so it depends when it is!

This gone be an interesting match , If i had to pick one of them i would pick Daniel Negreanu . I've meet him once when he came in my country to play a tournament , and i had the chance to talk to him for a couple of minutes , great man . So all the way Kidpoker

My money's on negranu due to experience.

I was a Negreanu's fan many years ago when I watched poker on TV, I wish him win but probably young Doug Polk will take over.

I like both players. Two of my most favorite players ever. It depends. If its live, i think Daniel will win. If its online, i think Doug will win.

I agree with these being the likely outcomes--would be really epic if the match involved both modes of play!

Doug was one of the best online NL heads-up players in the world and I expect he has seen millions more hands in this format than Negreanu. If I had any money, it would be bet on Doug.

Doug and it's not close.

Negreanu tried to cast himself as the underdog during this weeks DAT podcast. On paper that is true but Negreanu has a lot more current experience than Polk, who has literally played nothing for the past few years. If I had to bet I would say Polk, but Negreanu is very, very uptight about Polk to I might put it a closer run thing than people think.

But if I had a chance to put some money in stocks, I wouldn't hesitate to do it for "Kidpoker" as it always works well if it is duels.

Polk for the win. He has too much experience heads up, he'll be able to exploit Negreanu's play to where it's going to be very polarized. Negreanu is going to need a ton of luck and make some bold hero calls to win this one.

Doug. He is much better player than Negreanu in heads up and cash games generally.

Although I like Negreanu, I think Doug Polk will win. Doug Polk is very famous in heads up high stake. I heard he spent a lot of time analyzing heads up games and has become one of the best players in the world. Doug Polk has not only experience but also the best skills in heads up, it is very difficult for Negreanu to beat him.

Doug is the clear favourite, but anything can happen in poker.
