Chris Moorman has a Six-Figure Sunday; Wins 17th Triple Crown!

He has won over $10 million - just in online tournament winnings!

On Sunday he won the full tilt poker Sunday Brawl for $48,760. Then he won the $60k gtd at party poker for $13,950. And then the Full Tilt T-rex for $28,497. With some other cashes as well he pulled off a 6 figure day.

It was his 17th Triple Crown.

I have never really heard of this guy. But winning $10 million in online tournament winnings is sick. I guess I will be on the lookout now for him. I would like to watch him play sometime on a televised event to see what makes him such a winning player.

He is one of the best online poker players ever - and a really nice and down to earth guy.

I had dinner with a friend and some of her friends in Vegas last summer on her birthday. Talked a decent amount with a guy from England and his girlfriend who I think was from California.

Didn't find out until after they left that he was Chris Moorman lol. I would have been star struck if I had known.

Definitely wrong. Most of it likely came from PS and FT.

Moorman is currently ranked as #2 in the world for online MTT play.

The $10,168,813 is the total of 'tracked' wins/cashes in P5's leaderboard. This doesn't necessarily track all cashes/wins (in the past the tourney had to have at least 75entrants, a min. $500 prizepool,). Also, satellites & Sng's are not included in this total cashes.
$10mil in 'wins' doesn't not equal '$10mil in profit'.

Live tourneys he placed 7th in Aussie Millions MainEvent (2011) for $173k, & a 2nd place finish in wsop MnEv.Europe (2011) for almost $1mill.

I dont see how he's looking miserable. Hes sleeping lol. I think some people have diff perceptions and dont really care where they sleep.

so he won 10 million but how much of that is profit? like if he has 10 million in profit how much money has he spent in buy in's like 5 million and than 15 million in winnings? someone just straighten out the number's cause just cause you won 10 million does not mean you have 10 million in your bank account unless of course that's pure profit, he must have crazy volume and crazy amount of money spent on buy-in's

Is Moorman even real? Such an absolute beast at the tables.

I played at the same table as him in one of the old Ongame GSOP events online and my friend was railing. We didn't know it was Moorman until we searched for his alias after watching him completely destroy the table for the best part of an hour.

He just seems to know exactly where he is in a hand at all times.

Moorman (I believe) is the only online MTT player with over 10M in wins and #2 on the list was at least a couple mil behind, at least the last time I checked. When I was able to play on FTP and PS, he was just one of those players you avoid tangling with, especially OOP. Complete beast who just seems to read minds.
