Where Assemblyman Gato has removed the 'Live' deposit provision from his bill.

My last comment reminds us that it is the UIGEA that restricts money going to/from OLP sites. So there would be no credit card deposits anyway, until the Federal Laws modify, or kill the UIGEA.

UIGEA does NOT stop credit card transactions to online poker sites operating LEGALLY in the US . . . only 'unlawful' gambling . . .

Either way it still seems like legal online poker in Cali is still a long ways off, and to think this state is supposed to be so liberal and all, i mean it's ok for dudes to marry dudes but not for adults to play cards online, sickening.
