The one partial list I saw did not include pokerstars but did include Pokerroom.com which has recently closed.

I just read somewhere that the PPA is "calling there bluff." They said the state's plan was based on "a clear misrepresentation of federal law, as well as Minnesota law, used in an unprecedented way to try and censor the Internet."

I am no longer worried now.

from mn. I'm not a lawyer, but I"m also not an idiot. I can't see how this is legal. They're too stupid to figure out a way to tax it so they try this. Whatever, won't hold up in court anyway.

I just spoke with a friend in minnesota and he is freaking out.
He has quite a bit of cash online at several different site and hopes he can withdraw from them before its to late.
