I never played this 6+ Hold ', it looks like it wasn't the only one, i'm waiting for the next PokerStars innovation

I think I played this once when PokerStars first introduced the variation. Didn't do anything for me otherwise I likely would have played it more than once...lol

Sometimes, in my personal opinion, it almost seems they are trying to reinvent the wheel - put tons of money into developing these new variations, in hopes that something gains traction and then I wonder if the consumer doesn't end up paying for me it more in the end, if that makes sense. I am hoping they do some testing with groups to determine if it is worth adding anything new to their lobby.

I believe that for this game model only has public for the lower values, I particularly only played to this day the maximum value $ 7.00

hi hi
i never play 6+ much
as a starter, i spend 16 months now try learn/improve my poker
as well spend thousands $usd purchase books, programs, videos, software
all based on normal 52 cards poker
i no desire learn again a new thing,
if i need memorize any more range, or push/fold charts my head goin explode

As a fat chinchilla I always hated Spin & Go so I am not surprised at all by this. The only spinning I like to do is on my chinchilla sized hamster wheel. Good riddance to Spin & Go.

No, I'm not surprised. Did not like these narrow ranges. But the last community tournament at PokerSars will be a 6+.

I dont mind the innovations. They have also had some games, that from the beginning were announced as time limited like Showtime, UnFoldEm etc. I think, it bring more recreational players into or back to the game, that there is an option to try something new and different.

UnFoldEm was very soft, so from a purely monetary standpoint I should probably have played it, as long as it lasted. But as Krista say, if your long term goal is to develop as a player, you also want to be careful, where you invest your time. So I only played a few sessions but won several buyins during those.

Ugh as a fat chinchilla I truly loved UnFoldEm I miss it that one was good, you are right it was very soft...just like my fluffy chinchilla fur which I am hunted for. Speaking of which I must run and hide now before I am turned into a chinchilla fur coat:vroam:

Been meaning to give 6+ a go but I'm already playing one form of cards at a moderate skill level LMFAO!!! Need to stay focused where I'm at.

Equities run closer in 6+Holdem than normal holdem.

Add to that a spin and go format with short starting stacks.

You get a combination that reduces the skill advantage between players significantly.

I know that it is perfect for the sites if they can take the rake and the players are in a almost lottery situation against each other.

So don't blame them for trying.

But the variance is already super high in normal Spin and go's so for me this combination seems almost impossible to be worth playing, if you not play only for fun.

And 6+Holdem is not even more entertaining with less cards.

Hi, I have tried it and I have mixed experience. I had doubled several times in a few rounds, but like other games, there was a losing streak after a while.

No not at all, why change it up, I think that power up should be eliminated as well. I am sure it is there to attract the younger gaming crowd to poker. Good luck with that, there attention span is that of a Gold Fish.

No surprise to me, never played or knew anyone that did. tried the power up afew times and that was horrible too
