Wrong person

Had anyone had this happen? You win the hand but the pot goes to the other player? I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone?

I've seen in live games, but I had alerted the dealer and those involved, online can not happen because of the software that does the calculations instantly, if there were faults the rooms would lose credibility.
