Using PT3 to improve game

How do i go about using PT3's information to help improve my game. What are some things i should be paying attention to? ive only used it for a day now so im still poking around on it.

i would suggest you to add the %fold on PF, flop, turn, and river.
VP$IP. this way you can easily identify if the player has good hand or not.

yea right now my HUD is VPIP, PF (which i assume is how often they raise pre flop), AgF (which to me does not mean a whole lot so ill prob do without this stat). What about using PT3 to analyze my own game. Do you just review hands or are there stats that you like to focus on.

Check the link in my sig. Even though it is guided more toward HEM, pretty much all of the stats in HEM are in PT3. The guide won't necessarily tell you what the best stats to have in your specific HUD would be, but it will teach you what each stat does and how they can help you so you can figure out on your own which stats might help you the most.
