Using PokerStove

I've been looking at sofware that may help my online game and I was looking at PokerStove

Has anyone used this software here? Any suggestions on this or any other free software?

Seems like a good thread to ask my question as well.

I tried to download pokerstove the other day (played several thousand games this year and still not downloaded it lol) and on the download page there were like 4 things to choose from, I chose first one and it said this has expired so I gave up. How do you actually get the programme onto the computer? What exactly needs downloading? Also why do computer people try and make everything difficult for normal people?

Choose the latest version. so stove 1.24 would be the latest. Download it, install and run, simple as that.

Is it compatible on all poker sites as well?

PokerStove has no interaction with poker sites, hand histories or card databases. It is purely manual input (mouse or typing) and shows the results. Watch the video.
