Which tracking software is the most user friendly?

I have been trying to work with a few free trials, but the time I've consumed jumping through the hoops could have been used just playing and typing.

I've been reading on opinions as far as likes and dislikes of Poker Tracker 3 and Hold'Em Manager. Anyone using other ones?

I basicly want to track hold'em cash games or ring games, on Full Tilt and pokerstars.

I maxed-out the free trials on both before decideing on HEM. PT3 and HEM really do all the same things, they just have a different "feel" to them. For me HEM seemed to be set-up more logically/intuitively while PT3 occassionally left me confused about how to get it to do certain things. Aside from those two, the only other one I've ever heard much about is something called, I think, Poker Office. I don't know if its still around even, or not. Really, I'd guess probably at least 90% of people are using either PT3 or HEM. Try them both and see what you think.

Personally I like PT3 for it's complexity and it's variety of reporting etc.

HEM

HEM+PT3 have the Windows market essentially locked up. PokerOffice is a bygone afterthought IMO. There are some fringe outliers and of course FPDB which is free/open-source but definitely not user friendly nor anywhere near as complete and mature.

Thanks Jeight, I put a lot of time into it, so I'm always glad to hear someone else is getting use out of it.

Couldn't agree more. And personally, it would have to be some kind of an extremely new innovative feature that would be about the only thing I could see bringing another competitor into the game with as big of a market those two already have a hold on. PO is pretty dead in my eyes, even though I know they are still barely around for some reason.

it to PT of HEM
but thats probably cos I am getting on
a bit and just find Poker Office easier
to set up and understand that either
of the other two

they'll both work. try both see which you are more comfortable with. OP is right though, there is some complexity to them and getting them setup. But once set up right, you shouldn't have to fiddle with em OP.

Why would you waste your money on a product that you have to pay a yearly licensing fee when there are obviously two better, more popular and widely available products(that are cheaper even)
