Software conflicts - SitNGo Wizard and anything else?

I have SitNGo Wizard 2 and am considering getting other software. Has anyone experienced any software conflicts with either this software or other combinations?

I'm using SitNGo with HM2 and seems to work great together.

Thanks Amanda. I have started using the version 3 beta with PT4 and no issues noted with the exception of the hand histories which I need to set up separately for each tool.
