Small problem with PT4

I am having a small problem with PT4 and that is for a certain position on the table (top left), the person sitting in this seats HUD does not appear. The database is still collecting hands on them but their HUD just does not appear. Has anyone else experienced this problem and know how to fix it?

Sorry no, what I get is their stats cover my hole cards if I'm in the seat below and I can't make out what they are.
I called an all in thinking my 4 was an ace and won with a straight on the river.

To move the stat boxes press ctrl and hold left mouse button and they can be put anywhere you like

Thanks for your response. I also play on 888. I have never had a problem moving the hud around. Yea I think I will join the PT forum and see if they can fix it
