Reviewing hands can be great but if you're reviewing them on your own and are an inexperienced player, it can be difficult to know what to look for and identify any areas for improvement.

It's also easy to just look at the bigger pots, which often can just be coolers and/or bad beats which can reinforce negative feelings if you don't appreciate just how gross variance can be in poker.

Try to find a player you respect to review hands with, or maybe make a video of your play and ask them to review the video.

Posting hands on forums like this can be good too. Just don't take all the advice at face value because a lot of advice will come from weaker players and not be of a great deal of use to you.

I would advise against 'free' HUDs in general. Most of the ones that are 'free' are beta software and whilst you might get lucky and find a good one you are far more likely to find one that will either interfere badly with the poker client you use or even crash your computer.

If you are determined to give one a try then do an interweb search for free poker hud or open source poker hud.

I wish I could say HUDs are a specialty of mine, but sadly they are not. Many of them do have 30 day free trials you can utilize if you want to get a feel for them.

Share the hands with others as part of your review. Post them here and get feedback - People will be more than willing to help you out. This is an excellent way to sharpen your game and adjust your thinking.

Are there any others than (the two commercial ones from the same company) or FPDB?

A similar question was asked several months ago and, out of curiosity, I did an internet search at that time. From memory, there were two others, can't remember their names though. Since then I have looked once more and there was only one other that time.
