I've been playing a few freeroll games, some are just the clients freerolls ($50 freeroll) and some are from the Poker Owned site. I am curious as to how some of my buy ins for these tournaments are being logged at a variety of amounts ($22, $33, $3500?!?!?)

This is affecting my results and I'm not seeing whats going on with my MTTs profit/spend... and this is leading me to not want to purchase this product if it's not recording things properly. Is this just an error in the trial product, should i contact PT and let them know the problem? Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Yea that happens with freerolls and PO's. You can edit the tournaments so they don't mess with your stats/graphs. Hmu if you need a walkthrough.

Depends on the site, with some sites you have to edit or import tourney summaries because all the data is not in the HH. Especially with these being freerolls -- I'm not sure if PT even attempts to track freerolls accurately.

We track freerolls but there is no way to determine the difference between a freeroll and an undetected buyin on some sites. We are limited to whatever the poker room provides us for information.

MIShroomer47 - I suggest you create a new database and only use it for play money, this will assure that your cash database remains clean. The 3,500 buyin does not appear to be a freeroll at first glance, it is likely a play money tournament. If you send us a screen capture of your report we will be able to provide additional insight, it is hard to confirm your issue without seeing your database and pokertracker4.log file.
