My PT4 does not work on my mac

Hey guys, anyone can help me with an issue of my PT4?
I use a mac high sierra, and my stats do not update as the game goes on.
example.. I start the tourney withh 100bb.. my PT4 stats shows me 100BB... as the game goes on, I have 40BB but my PT4 stats still shows I have 100BB
What can it be?
