pt3 not showing my hud?

It was working fine last night.This morning o it's missing alot of hands,other players hud is in the wrong spot an mine is not there at all.I need help but please step by step i'm not good at all on computer stuff.

Never to be honest.An realy don't know how.

happens to me sometimes. Just X out of the program and start it back up or just restart your computer. Not sure about the missing hands though

Go the the poker tracker site and download the latest beta (30.5) as of yesterday.

Invoke the program that downloads to your system and sit back, other than starting it you probably won't have to do much.

Alternatively, if you have been using any beta, simply closing and re-opening PT3 should get you a message window with a link sending you to the proper spot to download the latest and greatest version. You may need to remember your PT login name so dig that out.

Updated it didn't work.Its only showing observed hands thats the reason my hud isn't there an all my hands are not showing.Should i unistall it an reinstall it?If i do will i lose my all of my hh?

I have to have something set up wrong because it's showing all the observed hands like clock work.Then i get delt in it stops on a dime.

Are you a paying user, or did you just do the trial?

My wife did it for me i don't realy know but i did have to put in a registration code.Hell i don't know.

if you have a registration code, you are probably a paying user (good wifey).

Check help and tell us the version number ...
