Can anyone give me some basic tips on how I want this set up? Downloaded it today and used it in an 18 man, 6-max micro tourney and didn't really know what settings were optimal. Is it even worth using in a tourney or should I only use it at the cash game tables?

PT3 has a 60day trial (PT4 coming the end of this year)

HM1 has a 30day trial (i think),HM2 (out for beta stages)

would suggest HM>PT3

use simple stats for MTT/SNG ( VPIP/PFR is all you need actually)

For tourneys, PT3 also has the Harrington M stat so you can see everyone's M at a glance without doing the math.
I also use some of the steal stats in tourneys,

Steal stats, 3/4-bet stats can come in handy too.
It can also be a mistake to assume VPIP/PFR stats indicate a player's pot-flop tendencies, so you might want to look at some flop and turn stats...

Admittedly, you are going to have most tables full of players on whom you have 5 hands. But if you are playing the same tournaments you will likely notice some histories building up...

I'm also on the PT3 trial -- hoping I make enough $ with it to justify the purchase!!! :)
