I am a senior who plays for recreation. I am not knocking nor praising programmed randomly dealt cards. Having said that I do have thoughts and questions as to how these programs can "mimic" real life randomness? Is there a difference in programing to obtain random cards or to "obtain random cards to promote bidding"? This game does depend on bidding, right? Devils advocate, who thrives on more bidding???? Then there is the Biblical verse: "nothing comes by chance (random) but by my Fatherly Hand." Can a program be made to change the random sequence when a player for example has pocket A's ??? I don't know, just asking. How much more random can a programmer set a program to give the house more opportunity to win? Slot machines are also randomly programmed.... Just food for thought. I still enjoy playing. I just do not use my own money to play online. Thank-you for providing freerolls so I and many others can play.:D

Oh! My, I just noticed I have 16 Posts. Never thought I would get there. Will CC Staff now allow me access to more freerolls??? My heart is rapidly beating and as a senior this is not good. I am waiting with abated breath to get the OK from CC staff......

Hi Mucker
you need to have 15+ posts 24 hours before a 15+ freeroll before you can get the password, so it looks like you will be too late for today's game but you should be good for Sundays 15+ freeroll.

Yes it could be programmed to do that, but then it would not be random.

I suggest you never play against the house.

A program can also have bugs. In the case of a dealer, a hypothetical bug could cause certain cards to be grouped together, resulting in more flushes than random (normal).
