Problems With Poker Tracker Installation

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right section but I keep getting an error "The PostgreSQL installer did not complete successfully." It offers no explanation as to how to fix it. Would appreciate any help

Have you had pokertracker or postgresql prevously installed? If so there may be old files still installed somewhere (even if you uninstalled) . This could also happen if you had HOLDEM MANAGER installed and may have left behind old files as well...

I suggest going to pokertrackers website and check the FAQ section... if you still need assistance...I am currently at work...I will check back later...good luck

Ok...so without actually being in front of your computer to see when the message pops up... my help will be limited...

1..Did you purchase poker tracker or download it (I do not support piracy)
If you purchased it from official site then your golden...if you downloaded it from anywhere else..use caution...if you have anything on your pc that you would llike to keep...make a backup in case something happens (virus or malware)

2..uninstall pokertracker and postgresql

3. After uninstall and removal...restart pc and reinstall pokertracker...

This is by no means a full fix...just a quick way that worked for me...

The exact thing happen to me,and i never had it installed before,and downloaded it from the official site.

I downloaded from the official website and I wanted to try the free trial.
