Problem importing hands

I need help, I'm having a problem with importing hands at 888 and partypoker is the same. The hands are imported correctly, in fact I can see the hand history through the customer of both 888 and partypoker. Even hands are imported correctly into the PT4 database. But when I manually enter the folders 'HandHistory' where the hands of each program are saved, the folder is empty. That is, there is no file inside them. How can this be possible?

I need to import the files from these hands to another program, but I can not access them, the funny thing is that both PT4 and the poker client recognize me these hands, but there are no files in the folder.

Someone else happens that when entering the folders where they keep their hands are empty?

It is already solved, in case this happens to someone else, the PT4 has in its default configuration an option that moves the imported records to a pokertracker folder once they are processed, that's why the 888 and partypoker folders were empty.
