Pre-set Buttons

I see most pros have custom set ups for their pre-flop and post flop pre-set buttons.

Do you do it and if so, what do you have them set to and why?

But in honesty, I usually type my bet amounts in manually depending on my read of the actual situation.

pokerstars is great software but unfortunately the site I play on does not have such a luxury
