Pokerstars software issue

Hey,

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, so if it's not in the right place i'm sorry.
I wanted to know if anyone has had this issue.

When I join a table or even in the settings when I go to change the theme, everything I see on the table is black, no avatars, no background, no cards, just usernames.
I have no idea why this is happening and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried uninstalling and installing again multiple times, updates and reboots, but it did absolutely nothing.

Does anyone know why thats happening ?
Any help would be very appreciated

I have almost the same on unibet Poker, I see only cards chips and buttons. On pokerstars if you have established the layout are possible problems.

And after updating from party poker, I have problems. I can’t log into the game client at all. Indicates that the username or password is incorrect. Already changed to a new password and wrote letters to the site. I can’t do anything. After changing the password, I can go to the website version in the browser. But after that I can’t go to the client. They wrote that you need to go in 1 hour after changing the password and still the problem did not go away.

Pokerstars.eu works fine for me. If possible post a screenshot.

It is the ram memory I advise you to go to configuration and lower the table settings to a minimum and restart the program and try to have two windows only open, I mean you only play at two tables since you do not have much ram in your machine or mobile

Does it stay that way or are the missing things appearing after a while? Could happen when your internet connection is really slow... it then takes ages for images that have to be downloaded to appear while locally stored stuff works fine...

It doesn't always stay that way, sometimes closing and opening the application fixes it, but as soon as I for example leave a table and join another one, it goes back to black. And that's when it's actually working when I start, which is pretty rare

Never had any issues with Pokerstars. Check your settings. Maybe change them to see what is the effect and whether the problem still exists.
