PokerStars IOS

I try to install the software but can conect or get frozenscreen...someone have that problem? Just App pokerstars do that

Maybe don't use IOS???
I'm using windows, ps client is 'the best' in terms of responsiveness and stability.

I reinstall sometimes but nothing Android [emoji848][emoji17][emoji17][emoji17][emoji17]

Cold be a specific model that gives problems (I have one andoid phone that only runs 25% of Apps).
Did you try to:
1) remove
2) reboot the phone
3) install
