Is PokerMuck Dead? Are there shady HUDs out there?

I was looking for setup instructions for PokerMuck 0.2.7 as it didnt work with Stars out of the box but the .com is gone and cant seem to find any.

Are there any good free ones that work out of the box or do they all require set up?

Are there any that are rumored to be shady that you avoid until more info comes out?

I can seem to find the path to my hand history. If this needs to be setup in each one I will likely have to change the folder where the hands are saved on Stars.

I got too suspicious!

Just 'checked' today, not very thorough though.
Pokermuck claims that the hand history has the mucked hands.
Both pokermuck and freepokerdb seem to be dead since a few years.
