Poker Tracker 3 Missing Hands

I lost a stack last night but noticed it hadn't registered in my graph in poker tracker 3. I looked at the starting hands and realised it wasn't there. So I guess that hand hasn't transfered from poker stars to poker tracker.

Any ideas if you can 're-sync' or something to make sure all the hands are in my database. I tried restarting PT3 and importing again.

Wondering how many other hands are missing that I haven't noticed...

What game format were you playing? Was this on Zoom? Are you using the latest PokerTracker 3 BETA (if not, upgrade immediately please!).

Although we would like the information above, to solve the issue all you need to do is reimport your hands from that day, you will find them in the processed files folder. Good luck!

I was playing 10nl full ring - about 6 tables. I'm using version 3.13.12 which is latest as far as I'm aware.

Did the hand histories download. Check your poker stars settings and make sure you have save hand histories checked.

Request the hands from that session from pokerstars, then import them into PT3.

PS: You should consider upgrading to PT4. All PT3 users get PT4 at 60% discount, if you purchased anytime after June 10 2011 then you get PT4 for free!

umm ok. Yeah hand histories is checked. Maybe it's pokerstars, not pokertracker to blame, i dunno. I did reimport hands from that day and nothing changed.

I guess I'm not that bothered about this. PT is great software apart from this minor glitch, didn't realise I can upgrade for free, I only bought it about May this year I think. I guess all my data will be transfered to PT4... ?

Oh just been on PT site, PT4 not available for Mac OS. -> sad face. I think HEM only works on PC too...
