poker tools are just calculators , if you know how many outs you have you can calculate it urself , every out is 2.5 % . exp if you have 8 outs on flop it means you have 2.5*8*2(turn +river)=40% chance ,on turn you have half of this 20%. its easy to calculate . if you like to have one for free its good , but i think its waisting time to enter data mean while you can do it your self .

Very helpful in hand analysis. After running the odds over and over on certain hands you have played to figure out if you made the correct move, you will start remembering the odds from the calculator or chart or whatever tool you are using and before long you will know in the situation live or online without any tool what the odds are and what you should do based on the math. So yes use the tools to build your skills.
