Innovations pokerstars: what software is allowed and what can no longer be used
The new policy will be applied to all games and will take effect on March 4, 2019.
What do you think about innovations and do you know them?

I do not see any news for recent changes of allowed programs list. Can you please provide link with more information?

...but I don't see a restriction on HUDs here.

Stars-Approved Tools:

• Heads-up displays (aka, HUDs) such as PokerTracker and Jivaro
• “Static,” table-based starting hand charts
• Pot-odds tools, or anything that displays basic, “game-state” information
• Hotkey software which allows players to multi-table more efficiently
