Since yesterday i have installed and started a trial for Holdem manager 2 and Table Ninjav2.
Now i am completely noob for these kinds of software's, so it took me up and around 2,5 hours during playing to even get some digits here and there and then it took me another haf n hour to understand 25% of those numbers :p so yes i probably use it wrong now also or not even half on its potential hihi!

So in short i am a single hand player seldom i use a seccond tournament or perhabs a cashtable but rather i keep my game single focus and a tv series on the background. So yesterday that digital ninja was trowing around some digits VPIP's limpy players, fishy players, and even giving them TAG,LAG,PAG etc! he even gives extra information on players special position plays AWESOME!

So why this threat? as i just have 30 days to try it before i should purchase it i want to try the maximum for my style of play. does anybody have some extra tips/advice and perhabs supporting Apps or features i will definately miss because i wont even know where to search?

Check out our HM2TV widget for videos showing information on various features. We have a few in different languages. Also, you can click any blue ? in HM2 and bring up our interactive FAQ for that feature.

We have a support member from the netherlands, so if you email us, ask for patvs and type in Dutch if you are more comfortable.

There is most likely a setting that is wrong if it is taking that long to get stats to show.

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1421/What+can+be+done+if+the+HUD+does+not+work?

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/ - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.
