John A, I disagree with your opinion in this situation. Analysis is defined as a detailed examination of the subject and its interpretation. Every HUD is different and displays different interpretations and data. By this definition, HUDs are a type of Poker Analysis tool. This is supported by the
Dictionary,
Wikipedia, and various
PokerHud websites. There are however many different types of tools, and the one you posted is just a different type.
In regards to the actual subject; YOU ARE MISSING OUT if you are not using a HUD. A HUD is most helpful in advising you in determining your opponents hand range, and potential fold/
bluff equity. If you can determine a player folds to 75% of c-bets you could potentially profit by making a c-bet regardless of your hand. Say you know your opponent calls 80% of the time, there is little value in
bluffing. With a hud you can determine how many
hands your opponent plays, and their actions on the hands they do play.
